Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): I wanna joi SAPD because, i am a freecop and i want higher i want to do more then only what a freecop can. They say that freecops have Money Hungry i dont have that. Freecop doesnt do so much as they are onduty you know on drugs thing etc.. Today i did that and it was awesome and i want to do that more. . And you have more commands to use i guess..

Ask any officer+ for train you.but you must  wait for official traning you need to be cadet for get official traning..that i know from my old times..
