I checked his Argonath Forum a quite while ago.
Same forum-name as here "Vinny_MallaNoche" and his personal text said "Bruno_Marques".
And when I checked /call 411 ingame, [WS]Cole did not exist and Bruno did exist.
When [WS]Cole came online and I called 411, Bruno did not exist no more.

Conclusion: Bruno_Marques is [WS]Cole.

I wonder why you lie about your identity.
It's not forbidden to be in a mafia while you're applying for SAPD.

Yes, the same he said to me, but if they're brothers, they're allowed to use another account to play splitted.
Since their not using this feature, it seems they're not brothers but just one guy who is playing [WS]Cole and Bruno_Marques.
If you just admitted this, there was no problem with the SAPD because it's allowed to be in a Mafia while applying/being in SAPD.

I hope for you [WS] is kindly, else you can expect a kick.

He is right. You will have to choose (FBI/SAPD), once you chooce you will have to withdraw one of the applications.
