Look I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but, If anyone But the owner of the Buffalo is driving the Buffalo then.. the suspect can get in the car and drive away. Suspects always try this, I think that LSPD and SFPD should requested. Now SFPD had fast presuit Units these are units that own their own Buffalo's and Spawn them Under SFPD with command staff permission. LSPD may want to look into this idea, of course if you decide to take it give SFPD some credit.

Why is this Panda? Should the police not be able to keep up with faster cars? Many police departments have pursuit vehicles such as chargers, camaro's etc.. Explain your logic on this.

Police work for the government, while criminals work for themselves, theoretically. Common sense would be that the government supports those working for them by giving them necessities to chase criminals using Bullets, for example. Also, police aren't supposed to use their own car.

EDIT: Yeah, I'm not saying we should have Buffalos at every station, yet our little cop buffalo thing in NW LV was removed, and there's now two Buffalos at LVPD. I'm completely fine with having them at quite some distance, afterall, we should have to do some work for our shit too.

Probably ain't the best idea. A tonne of SAPD Officers have their personal buffalos. The chance of a suspect getting into your vehicle is very high unless you have a partner.
