Unnecisairy in my opinion, The army operates these launchers allready/too/also when needed

  I fully support the army in helping fight crime and positively encourage it, however I feel that I, the Sheriff of Fort Carson PD makes a much larger impact on the stability of the world than your army and therefore needs bigger weapons. And I'm not talking about those sissy half plastic M4's you probably carry around either.

  Also I have imported many weapons beforehand in large quantities through many truck convoys. I already have the weapons, they are in storage. I just need the governments consent to mount them. Besides the weapons will only be used for fun and for real work, like fun, Chinese Invasions and Zombie attacks, black guys 'breaking down' on fields, for storing beer and lots of other stuff. Serious shit happens in Bone County.

You mean the Army operates out of a DPD-run area in which the DPD has the ultimate say? Therefore you get to assert ownership over parts of DPD's area?

  Haha. Why would I need a missile launcher? Well that is easy. I can only throw missiles so far, and the last time that happened my body had to be separated from the corpses of 3 cows. It was very painful and the crazy doctor kept eating bits. I import these weapons from a variety of places. Many of them are illegal imports are from the black market, the weapons used in the wars against the Australia and Canada. Also the Chinese like to sell me weapons in return for some fake passports. It is a great business. Selling fake documents goes well with capturing illegal immigrants. Reminds me of the time I was an arsonist fireman.   

  Also good observation on your 3rd point. Missiles - are - big - weapon - well - done.   And that is another reason why I need them, to fill a personal inadequacy gained from an alcohol abused childhood and living in an incestuous neighbourhood in Bone County has messed up me so much I need large missile launchers to hide to the world that really I have a small penis.

  So just sign the god darn petition!

  And who knows, I might let you play with them too.
