How long have you played as a cop: I usualy play a cop everday for awhile killing/jailing suspecting and roleplaying.

Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?:Yes

Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above):Yes, i was a cadet.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?Neither. The apps got closed and i never got my Officer exam, so Vince demoted me to a freecop.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):
I've applied once, and i got deranked due to many officers already in SAPD and Vince deranked me because all cadets got autodenied. [Here's a roleplay story:]I want to join the SAPD to serve and protect the citizens from the criminals of Argonath. I can do this by giving the SAPD my full ability, in driving, and shooting, to arrest the criminals that roam the streets of Los Santos, Las Ventruas, And San Fierro. The citizens of Argonath, everytime they turn a corner- everytime they walk alone, they are thinking "I can't even f**king walk in peace. Without being scared that theres a criminal near-by wanting to rob my well earned money!" Now, I want to bust all the drug dealers, weapon dealers and such, robbers, kidnappers, off the streets of Argonath so the citizens can live in peace without being scared! I want to drug bust, and do all that stuff as a police officer, reaching the goals of busting the criminals of Argonath.

Freeofficer knows his codes very well but should study the extra ones.  He knows the situations and scenarios perfectly only one small detail which is something all officers forget he did not remember.  His slow speed driving was excellent I got in a pd cruiser and so did he and he dismantled my car perfectly.  His fast pursuit driving was decent.  He had many chances to PIT my buffalo but failed.  He should work on his PIT skills.  His shooting is extremely well.  He shot my tires on many shooting tests.  All the freeofficer needs to do to improve and be a good officer is study the codes and scenarios and improve his driving.  I recommend him
