Sergeant had given order to not stop shooting until you giveup,we had to listen him.You can ask all the officer who were there that he had given that order and then u can reply on my application,me and officer [G] were patrolling when we saw the message in police radio,we came to Dillimore and found that all the officers were in their positions and they had their guns aimed at the door.Then we heard that order and we MUST obey highranked officers.I think the Sergeant was Bert_Karlson if i am correct.

Edit:By the way you could just giveup while you were in ammunation.

Very good officer, has advanced skills - radio, map location, driving, shooting, RP, etc
Apart from that, he is a cool guy, asks whenever it's necessary (has a doubt), try to help everyone with respect.
He appeared to be interested to be on police duty.

Conclusion: He's suitable for Cadet rank and later Officer rank
RECOMMENDED

I'll be doing some training with him and ASAP I'll post the results
