Resignation: VC-MP PD Chief Snake

Hello dear officers.

Today, I resign from my job on VC-MP. I'm sorry I wasn't active for a while now, but with university and all the studies... I will be focusing on MTA:VC and TeaM on the free time I have.
Deputy Chief JayL will be taking the control, he has done a lot for this department and he deserves the position more than anyone.
