Since WHEN reports needs to involve roleplay?
I've got kicked from SAPD because of a dead man report, and it has been never changed!

Now Gandalf states that stealing donuts is a very severe crime...????

it may be a severe crime, but not as severe for a death penalty!
It is in IN RULES, you cannot kill a surrended suspect, no matter what he done, you must jail him.

This is not right, i respect you Ronnel, but what you stated, i'm heavily against it.
It may be a big crime, but it is not as severe to go against the rules.

Ronnel, you are encouraging cops to do death penalty often, don't do that please... we have serious RP problems in SA-MP, if that happens, criminals will even moan more

There is better alternatives, such as Mordor, it does way less harm than death penalty, death penalty will become abusive, and it will be a bad example towards players, so, let's use alternatives than start a real chaos!

And what i said previously: Cops are suposed to bring safety to civillians, arrest criminals, teamwork to chase down criminals, not to kill orange blips as primary choice and kill surrended suspects.

It's not a question of how long it will take, but a question of examples, a player cannot be executed infront of new players, it's a bad example, they'll might repeat it.

If they give up, you are not allowed, unless you want to be suspended or demoted.
You have ARPD Rules to follow.

It is a roleplay server, i just don't see a point of cops abusing this death penalty very often, we already use deadly force in many situations, so, why kill surrended suspects and that's ok, he just comitted a kick ass crime?

It's not a matter of roleplay, there is alternatives actually, it will become very abusive, and you know vince, as you are a administrator, we cannot give guns/armor/money back.

If some bloke randomly deathmatches me I'm killing him, /gu or not. I remember when a guy randomly ran up to Alan when we were giving training to cadets, shot him to death, ran away and surrendered. Of course I /cuffed and shot him in the head for murdering an officer of the SAPD in cold blood.
