Maybe im missunderstanding, but only the police colour (blue) will be changed to white?
What about the suspects? I guess it wont be fair to the cirminal role-players, if only the
police could be "invisible" on the mini map. And also the /area command must be disabled
to criminals and to cops too.

I see what you mean about how it could be unfair to the criminals, but it could still actually be RP to have only the cops invisible (Although however unlikely the cause may be) since cops could possibly have a satellite for tracking the criminals, or you could say the cops that are chasing the suspect could be informing the other cops of the area of the suspect (Since typing over the radio, or using /area for teamspeak to report the location without memorizing the map can be a bit tedious while chasing a suspect.)

Difficult....

For us it is easyer to see where the criminals are... Just look on the Radar en look where it is orange.. But IRL is is a bit less easyer, we need moe cooperate, give inforamation to all units, chase suspects, ... Its is more RP, but less less easyer for us, much easyer for criminals to get away...

So if an admin/developper can say what exatelly changes, is would be great!

Also: It would be great when the name of the person stay's white/green/orange/bleu... So there will be no faults dueing a raid... And the names on the chat also... So only dot's = all white...

Yes, ofc the name has to be colored. If not, how the hell should u know its a suspect? freecops would go around and shoot everyone ..

Would be good if criminals were white dots also. Then cops cant track on radar, and have to use /crime id to check. Will make more use of the radio (looking for criminals, known criminals etc). Then its fair for both sides.

Thats the meaning of the changeing. White dots for criminals... But i just was wondering if the names also were white...

Maybe white dots and names for police and white dots and orange names for criminals if that is posible..
We must always maintain that the wished final, as much as it seems to us meritorious and proceeding in right, it never justifies the use of improper means.

Dots and names are the same color... So its none changeable...

About criminals white dots and names...

* The police dots white open the new feature - detectives... And criminal dots?
* If criminal will be white - hardly you even will find him I do not talk about chasing... With this the fun from chases will go nowhere... Criminals will be bored and picking up their noses (if roleplayers) or will start annoy cops to attract attention (if just like cops vs robbers)...

You could already notice what it is when there is a civilian passenger in criminal's car...
From all cops only one went from Los Santos to Bone County to check three dots (/area ID) - Aragorn... Other cops were sucking donuts...))))

And I doubt cops will waste their time on such chases...

Also do not forget that orange nicks for wanted were scripted specially to prevent /wanted
and list of current criminals in the chat box...

Sorry for bothering, but will that be added, or not? I don't really know, but I still think the idea is really great ...

removing dots is going to be a pain , yeah we will work together but they can easily just hide somewhere. It is a nice roleplay idea but it would tottatly reform the way we all work . Im on both sides for this as i dont like the servers with no dots or colors on names as it sems really lonley even if you have 200 people on server. You feel like your alone and you see a random person from a street corner and it gives a wierd vibe. Still though it sounds cool but kind of edgy

I was talking about making the cops' dots white while on duty or something. That will make the FBI work greatly lighter and will enable detective ranks at SAPD ...
