Plam, I do appreciate it really. You and I did not come out on a good start and I apologize. When I first applied, I had a terrible attitude toward my superiors. I have really tried to fix it and I am really glad you recommended me. I would like to patrol with you sometime if you want. Also, I have learned how to /rank before I start running my mouth. But thanks man. I do appreciate it.

Unfortunately this attitude remains the same. Again with the disrespect and completely awful attitude towards me and a fellow Officer.

Kirby, I will not deny I flamed you/disrespected you. It was more disrespect, and it was a good reason. It had nothing to do with my attitude. You and another officer where ganging up on one of my troopers. You killed him and he said "why did you kill me"? You replied with "Don't f**k with SRU". You just said, "I am a sergeant", the way you were acting makes my acts acceptable. I will not lie and say I didn't do it. Yes, my attitude has changed, before I would flame and disrespect everyone, now I have to have a good reason to disrespect a superior or fellow officer. I understand that I did, and I am saying I did. But please do not provoke people into disrespecting you. If you are that high up in SAPD, you should know this by now.
