As I said, we now do not have a leader for LVPD of whom is suitable and we are sure will not abandon the project. There's also no use in going "oh I can do it!!" as there are certain requirements to be met, as well as being active...

We have Veteran Lt like ben_samiir or maybe Hank or even maybe Flameman, but i doubt hank would be interested since i asked him couple of days ago.

But as others said, i think we dont even have enough SAPD memebers to fill up current departments itself, so lets hope the academy will bring fresh recruits and so on.

Each department is supposed to have one captain and three Lt's(If we act on that LSPD got three)

There are three departments without full command staff, and we need the following to just get enough command staff to run the current departments:

1 More captain
3 more Lt's

I can't see a LVPD opening yet, as that would mean we would need to promote TWO captains(if Vince gives away LSPD to a captain that is) and SIX Lieutenants before we have enough command staff.

Hope that made sense, tired as f**k. Also, this is just what I'm thinking about the matter, I dont know what's going on in the command boards

there is sapose to be only 2 lts per department reason LSPD has 3 is because maybe vince is looking at moving one of them up in the near future

Not sure But one idea is LVPD Could be Freecop PD. the /duty Script could be Modified so that Freecops go to LVPD to go on duty and they can do whatever.

HA! I would love to see you try. If I can stop a 10 megaton nuclear explosive from being dropped onto LSPD, I'm pretty sure I can handle a goat with a small bomb attached to it.

I mentioned the LVPD shortly after the Meeting in San Fierro.
We need to organise how many people there should be in each rank, and how many people in each department.
I said that the DPD should become the LVPD, then we have a department for each Major City.
The LSPD would take over Patrol in Red County.

Look, all I'm saying is that if we have the resources to get LVPD great. We have enough Sergeants and I think LSPD has an Extra Lt. We transfer all them over there and any new accepted officers go straight to LVPD for a few months then they can transfer and we will let other departments transfer with LVPD. Or we divide up Sergeants Lt's from DPD LSPD and SFPD and we send like 3 representives to command staff for them.
