Liberty City Police Department

FROM:

LCPD Headquarters
Livingston St. 1
Dukes, Liberty City

LCPD became official law enforcement group of Liberty City.

The Liberty City Police Departments is announcing it's official opening.
Mayor Taichi Izumi did today officially sign the official contract together
with the 3 new chiefes of the LCPD. The City of Liberty does owe the
Liberty City Police Department a monthly budget of $50,000.

The first errands has already been done by the mayor and it's ministery.
10 police cruiser with argonathian security standarts, 1 in-mate
transporter (stockade vehicle), 1 police helicopter, 1 undercover vehicle
and one 'special force helicopter'.
This are the argonathian standarts for each Police Department in the
United States of Argonath.

The Liberty City Police Departments are watching in a glory future with
many support beside the Argonath Police Department. We hope we will
see many fresh and young recruits in Liberty City to enforce the rights
in the City of Liberty.

Following the contract also a devision has been decided. Which is focusing
on special weapon and tactics. Which two of three chiefs does built. We
hope for many support from our naighbours states, to teach the leaders in
a correct way. To make our S.W.A.T team to one of the highest trained
officers of the United States of Argonath.

Regards,
Chief. Shawn Lewis

You have any questions? Just ask :)

I'm guessing you?
I am actually mainly agreeing and controlling your actions.
I leave you with S.W.A.T alone as I have no experiance with
special weapons and tactics.

Are you S.W.A.T member at sa:mp? :)

Tai, you're making LCPD too fast... you gotta wait till IV:MP Develops and becomes stable like SA-MP to start LCPD.

Actually to RP you just need /me and good skills, I don't think it's to fast in any way. Especially not as the
script development of ArgonathRPG IV:MP already supports more as only /me :)

We are not even sure Argonath will support IV:MP all the way, that is what we mean. The community hasn't even fully established there and you are creating an official PD already? Who are you kidding.

LCPD is the server owns OFFICIAL police department.
Neither I say it will be ARPD nor I say that IV:MP server will stay.

All I can say with 100% is that server will release, so will also LCPD
start their work. Such groups are keeping players in server if they
are really getting into it.
It is a important part to the duty jobs inside the server.

Alpha3 version of IV:MP does already show up faster development
as SA:MP so I espect still that the development of the IV:MP server
will go further as any other GTA:IV Multiplayer client will.

There is respect there, but IMHO, this is going too fast. Time and patience is needed to make something good and stable. Look at the other PDs and the other Argonath servers. IV:MP is developing way more faster than any of them, which could easily cause problems.

Tai, Wake up, it's still at alpha testing! IV:MP is not really official!

MTA:VC argonath server was founded under 0.5 version... it had loads of changes.
Did you saw MTA:VC screenshots from 0.1? it was a complete mess.

I don't like LCPD idea, there's no such good planning, IVMP is still developing, there is no argo on IV:MP and you are making things go too fast.

I'd sugest you script the server first, make it official, wait till IV:MP gets released fully, and then you make LCPD.

Like I said before, we are not even sure Argonath will stay on IV:MP after those DDoS accusations by the SA:MP team. Wait until the community thereis fully established before starting anything.

Tai they are correct, If all this was the case then why does MTA:SA not have a PD yet?
Your rushing everything Tai, just slow down and let the scripts develop first.

Are you S.W.A.T member at sa:mp? :)
No, I'm not. We can pick a SWAT Commander, However once again we need to wait for the server to be developed.

Like I said before, we are not even sure Argonath will stay on IV:MP after those DDoS accusations by the SA:MP team. Wait until the community thereis fully established before starting anything.
No one knows the truth of this, Hell Kye could just be seeking attention and getting jealous.
So i suggest we just treat it as if Kye never said anything for now :v:

Actually not for me as I am trained to work fast and good. Which means that I also have
to fix problems myself which are caused by IV:MP development itself.

Though as long a problem seems to be such heavy that I cannot fix, it will be kept in mind
till Alpha3 release. It is already delayed, which let's me hope it will have more added as it
was supposed to.

The plans for LCPD were already made in start of Rich Life Roleplay development, which was
classed as "Project-X", that it is even accepted as ArgonathRPG project is a big step forward.
Which was needed to get scripts progress starting.
LCPD was supposed to be in server from first moment. It is a important part for us to
develope the police scripts. Traser and me were officially planning to keep all things around
IV:MP for usself, means that we wanted to make it.
In the end we let players create it, under ours direction.
That means that we keep an eye on it. Main characters in this LCPD project are still
caion and Boozman. I am actually just watching and suggesting stuff. If needed
I break them.

In the end... as closer we come to first release (Alpha Mode) as closer we come to
the start of LCPD. The ways are all granted for caion and Boozman to built it and req.
all the needed scripts support they need.
They even got a UC vehicle already which is originally classed by our developments
as FBI vehicle.
Chase showed interest in building FBI tho, which future isn't clear. Especially as we
don't know if it's really needed.

Tai, Wake up, it's still at alpha testing! IV:MP is not really official!

Read posts above.

Like I said before, we are not even sure Argonath will stay on IV:MP after those DDoS accusations by the SA:MP team. Wait until the community thereis fully established before starting anything.
We are well known for IV:MP development as we already started working with
them under Project-X.
I still talk and discuss with them. Though the accusations by SA:MP team are
for me personally only a attack against the IV:MP developers.
On other hand there is no proof for anyone that anything of this accusations
is true.

Tai they are correct, If all this was the case then why does MTA:SA not have a PD yet?
Your rushing everything Tai, just slow down and let the scripts develop first.
I though at that point I just setted up a topic in RP way about the creation of PD.
I am sorry if I did not say correct enough that it is in planning at all :)

Seriously guys, read the first post carefully. I did say that it will be built not that it is
starting right now. But can't I already set up a post, announcing that it will proberbly
happen? :(

My thoughts exactly. Maybe not as much as SA-MP, but yeah, you better start working on it after a beta version is released, or something close to that.

Also don't go overboard with the police stuff in IV:MP. We don't need another police server.
