Again, wonderful to patrol with SRU, the protest went ok, I learned ALOT of communitcation tactics, Ben you are a good leader. Too bad at the end I lost conection (we all did.. :hit:) and to reconnect, I had to restart my computer, which you all know would have taken 2 hours and since it is really late, I am NOT in the mood.. Hope to be at the next training. :v: Server went back and so went I. Good night!
(sorry for my lag, Ben. :()

It sometimes sounds that Ben never appreciates what his team tries to accomplish. I'm not saying this is the truth, and I could be completly wrong here.

I think the team does well in what they do and I enjoy working with them.
It just seems like a distraction when everyone is listening to Ben rather than listening to each other.

It's not that, It is more along the lines of he expects his team to be the best and flawless.
He wants SRU to prevail as the best, so he wants us to do everything right.

Ben has put together one hell of a team, and his training is great.
At this rate, SRU will become what Ben wants it to be exactly :)

Ben is just trying to make us be a discipline team. We don't want to work out there in the field acting like idiots. He is trying to get us to be perfect SRU members. I think Ben should keep on going with this operation. I like being apart of this SRU.

I think the team does well in what they do and I enjoy working with them.
That sentence right there.

Well, we need people to think that the team is awesome not well.  ;)

You did not put the team together, Ed.
If you have not noticed during your inactivity, only a few old SRU members remain.

I'd Love to help SRU but...

1) I'm with SFPD
2) I'm with A.C.E.
3) LSPD gives me hives
4) Vince bites me

Welcome Jimmy, don't worry, I don't bite.

I was personally overjoyed seeing the cooperation from both teams, whether one is simply a subdivision or not. It was great and we preformed the operation well. I haven't seen cooperation like that in a very long time and that honestly made my day yesterday. :)

As for what Ray said, If Ben would go easy on us, then the group would be a total mess and everyone would do whatever he/she wants, So Ben must and is already good at leading and being tought is something needed.. I don't see anything wrong at him
