"we"? Azellus has been our host for 4-5 years, providing excellent service & customer support throughout, why would we drop them over a few days of downtime?

As you know when you see this site when you expect the normal one, there is some problem.

1. Website

We were warned that yesterday morning there would be a maintenance on the new web server. It was supposed to last one hour. However all day the webserver was offline and there was no clear estimate from support. This morning we found that the webserver has encountered a major problem and all data has been lost. We are lucky enough not to have made the backup in a single place, so we will be bringing back the data from last week, however all posts that were made after the last downtime are lost. Our apologies, even if this is beyond our normal control. Hopefully when the web server resumes operation it will run smoothly.

2. Servers

This morning all servers went down. That was not unexpected, as we have been warning about moving IP sonce last week. SA:MP is up at 178.93.52.144:7777 other servers and the control panel will follow during the day. Data loss on SA:MP is a matter of hours, other servers can be up to one week.

The changes have made some extra spending and investments needed, as you will soon see in our financial report over the first six months. There for any support is welcome. We believe that the current server is much better in performance as the previous, and the regular cost will be close to previous limits. The webserver is giving us some doubt, if by the end of the month no improvement has been made we might change it. As that decision will be made early, the extra downtime or data loss will be minimal.

The server IS back up with SOME data loss, it's kinda weird tho, usually during this time of the day there are like close to or over 100 people playing, but now it's like in the 20s.
