I would have SFPD organize a rebellion convince Matrixbob to overthrow you.  SFPD would attack LSPD, DPD, and any other PDS.  We would find you and kill you.  Matrixbob would be chief but then I would kill everyone in SFPD that is a higher rank then me.  Then I would crown myself chief of SAPD.  When that happens I will officially allow SAPD Officers to smoke weed on duty MUAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Simple solution, When i be away, i would learn some karate lessons with bruce lee, ninja lessons with jackie chan, then get a katana with jcstodds and do a stealth kill on you, then i slice you to pieces then give your meat to a yeti

Say what you wish, But SRU does not equip weapons for normal patrol as it is not permitted.
We buy our weapons and armour when needed, but we tend to keep our weapons for long periods of time.
