Make it 18, in real life you can't be a cop at the age of 16. ;P
You can ask to be examinated by an admin for a driving licence.(Mostly PD Chief)
SAPD is the Union of LSPD-SFPD-LVPD. So you want to join LSPD, Los Santos PD right?
