I dont think you need to shoot unnarmed people whose crime is "aiding" (aiding a "verbal assaulting" guy).

I can say that I see the progress in that free officer for sure since his last application.
This time he is mature, responsible, proffesional, thought he still has some problems with LISTENING, but everything will be fixed with the time.
