Can higher ranked cop suspect lower ranked cop ( for example officer /su some freecop ) , l know fbi can do that but never heard officers+ can

I think, captains+ can suspect other cops.
Sergeants+ can unsuspect.
SWAT is invite only.
And main site is down atm.

Almost everything is right exept not Capitan+, but Lieutenant+ can suspect other cops.
