Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): I want to learn some new procedures, and maybe teach some new players how to play. To get more job when on cop duty (it's boring to be a freecop sometimes). And protect poor people.

VERY honorable,when he arrests you he asks if you would like an investigation as he did me I said yes,instead of complaining about it he did it throughly and properly he used proper channels and spoke with the suspecting officer and such,this shows me that he knows what he is doing.
