Wilson, just to help you a little (as VCPD really likes to build up a stable set of operatives), why not give it some time before you apply - especially as you just got unbanned? You will have a lot to deal with on your hands, so maybe familiarise yourself with the server in general, first?

When I first joined, I found that it really helped. The RPG side of things had to sink in gradually, bit by bit. After that, you will be all good to go and take up all the opportunities that VC:MP offers you.
