I would like to take another chance in becoming great quality officer and rank up, as well as serve and protect citizen and avoid of crimes, gangs roaming streets, and other traffic works, or public service with kindness. I'll try my best to avoid my poor or angry attitude such as flaming or provoke while on duty and serving the citizen as Police Department. I will not bring bad, or problems things to damage ARPD. I will respect command staffs and fellow officers, and below with honour and royalty.

Almost denied you, but I noticed your patrol reports. It's a good idea to avoid bumping.
HOWEVER, word of advice - Bump your application every 3-4 days summing up what you did in those days.

That way it shows your active.

Other: 1 Officer and 1 Civilian claiming they are practicing CPR in the middle of the Market Intersection, asked to move away, the civilian carry his dad (as he claimed the Officer is his dad), into the civilian vehicle and drive away, leaving Police Car in the middle of the intersection, I then moved it to the sideroad of Market Avenue, then 10-19 to LSPD to get off duty.

Other: *Chris Gvardia driving Red Buffalo from Southside of Santa Marina Beach, and moving onto opposite lane into front of LSFire Department, illegal parked vehicle with 45 degree facing sidewalk with 2 wheels. He walked inside LSFD to go on fire duty, I hit siren and parked PD car to talk to him, he came out, he said he got a fire mission, I then left him there and return to my PD car, subject run to the FD Rancher, rammed my PD car, and drive off, without light or/and siren, speeding, reckless driving to nowhere, as no report were heared. Suspected for Speeding, Reckless driving, Hit and Run, and driving FD Rancher without Light & Siren.

Other: *See screenshots, Subject pulled over for reckless driving in speed, hit a PD car, and another civilian came up, started pissing, subject were took down with non-lethal force. Another pull over subject, reason illegal u-turn on Glen Park, fined with $250 maximum traffic violation by Caiden.
