SAPD Lieutenant: - Undercover work team leads, Investigation team leads.
Since the reformation, Lieutenants are second in charge of a PD after the captain. When the captain is unavailable the lieutenant is in charge.
Same as for the captains, Lieutenants are assigned to a PD. Every PD has multiple lieutenants to make sure most of the time one is available.
