SAPD Members List - Updates

Hello guys, I have recently noticed that the SAPD Members List list is somewhat outdated and needs to be modified.. Also that some people in the SAPD are not actually on the List.. which is disturbing and we want to show all applicants to the SAPD and everyone in the server how proud we are to have you in the SAPD at your rank.

Name Change.

Now I do require one simple thing to do this... If your name is messed up please fill out this form.

Please only fill this out once and put the name you are sure that you will be retaining for a good amount of time.. This is not a Name change report this is just if your name is drastically different from what it is on the list...


Rank Change or Requisition to be Added.
