I've known him for a very long time- ever since i came to this great server.
All i can say about him is that he is very devoted, mature and hard working individual. I am definatly going to take him as my trainee and will do my best to improve his understanding and actions for the SAPD.

There is a time and place for everything and Roman knows that better than anyone else I know. When he is messing around he does but when its time to take serious and actually do his work he is very professional about it. He is a great person all you have to do is to get know him.

Alright I got to see how well you can do a traffic stop on me. I think if you can handle that traffic stop then you should be set. You are already a judge so it should mean that you know most of the laws. I here stand by to give you a recommendation, but I am still concerned about the mafia Gvardia.

I really like the way he roleplays as a cop. Knows the stuff, still needs to learn alot but then, don't we all ? I've been checking out on few of SAPD applicants without letting them know and his RP style is interesting. Though, you're associated with Gvardia, so where does your loyalty lay? With SAPD or Gvardia ?

Thank you very much. Indeed, I understand that you're concerned regarding Gvardia, But I must assure you that duty is duty and criminal life is criminal life. I haven't been suspected for a long time. I haven't gone off duty for over then three days, I mean, not even for a minute. Gvardia might be considered as a crimal organization, but i am member of the family, this is different. I am honorable businessman and Argonath Judge Assistant. I promise to do my best at any situation, even if I have to risk my own life.

I'm not associated with Gvardia, I'm leading it. It doesn't matter though. When I am on duty, I'm loyal with the law at seek to serve and protect. As you see in my yesterdays report ( 2nd post on the topic ), I even had caught Fred Gvardia. My duty preferences have nothing to do with the criminal life. This are the few role-play styles I am aware of, sir.

Should you ask anything else regarding the group, I will be happy to answer. But remember, I'm very loyal on duty.

Yes sir, definitely. I have heard that Hydraulics and Nitrogen were disallowed and against the law. Unfortunately, the information was INVALID. I have apologized, and the crime was REMOVED in next 5 minutes.

In other words, I he was unsuspected in next 5 minutes.

Alright. We've had awesome two days with SAPD. I decided to post the duty report, after these 2 days 

Date: November 17, 2010 - November 17, 2010
Suspects Jailed 4
Suspects down: 12

Also yesterday we had a decent RP with SAPD members, Hank, Ben. We made a check point at Santa Marine Beach and all speeders were sent there to check for drugs and stuff in the car, fine for speeding, etc. I have had an evader. I pulled over a guy and told him to follow my car to the check point. Instead, he turned around and left. During the pursuit he shot me with a combat shotgun, and Ben told me to get back to the check point. So I left the suspect in LS-LV Highway.

You killed a standing still suspect last night with a deagle, you should re read every board about the laws and SAPD procedures and after you finished reading then return to cop duty

Have done that. I considered the mistake. I though if suspect shoots me, I could spray him and shoot while he is coughing. I was wrong.

What I should have done: I should have sprayed the suspect and waited until the suspect gave up.
