Read the reason why it was locked. You clearly understood why when you created your topic right after this one.
Also, read the new rules regarding groups. They have changed, which is why that happened. If you feel it was unfair, PM a police Chief of your division and explain to them how you feel, and ask what can be done to resolve these issues.

There are now longer police groups.... only SRU, USM, SILVER and thoes are Department groups.... No police groups like PCPD ...

BULL SHIT BULL SHIT SO BEN keeps SRU because hes captin and Admin Hank keeps his USM cause he can cause the person who makes BS rules can break them right.. ok so WHY  why SRU kept there a Police Group same for USM in fact why not remove FBI there Blue and a Group 2! i love how thoes that have the power are also the ones who are not effected by it.

Jesus I think the SAPD is more corrupt then an Army of Freecops.

I suggest you watch how you speak to your superiors and dont throw accusations.
If you dont want to be loose your cadet status then do not accuse SAPD of being "SAPD is more corrupt then an Army of Freecops."
If you dont know the reasoning behind why certain things are happening then i suggest you ask instead of rage.

No, Department sponsored subdivisions are allowed to an extent. To keep others from breaking off from the ARPD-SAPD, they are not allowed to make their own police department.
It doesn't mean you cannot cease to patrol with each other, just not operate as an independent group.

The past notes the problems with subdivisions, so this is the result of people attempting to work as their own department.
