Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: I would like to help people and jail or kill if they shoot at me (but first ask to surrender)

I would like to join ARPD,plz accept me.But I have anthoner acc with name Sally,I did change the name because I spawn in sky when I login,because I did fly a plane then,and I fall down (not in water),on the ground and die.

A couple of things....

1. Multiple account are not allowed,sort this out with an admin, falling from the sky can be fixed..

2. Under what name have you been playing for a year??

  It Is Kamico,I have same problem with that acc...

But I have one more problem,when I login with acc Sally_Banks,then I have error,it quits the game,can I create anthoner acc? I don't think so,it is bad.
