Download GAMI Mod Installer, Open the Snow Mod, select ONLY the textures, then hit install.

Make sure to backup your gta3.img first then to unistall simply replace your original gta3 img back

hmm, try this :

It is an installer for SnowmodFX that also instal CLEO. It set unistal exe for both SnowFX mod and CLEO after installing. Worked fine from me.

Then I used Alci's IMG Editor 1.5 (Road-Highway Map Topic made by Hank , Installation part of post, 2.) to install the the Textures. Just follow Hank's instruction to use Alci's IMG E. fine.

It should work. Otherwise try to re-put the gta3.img file and retry (I hope you backed up the gta3.img, otherwise google it, should be easy to find). If you still have problem, maybe try reinstall the game and re-try. For me it worked right.

Both files say that they are damaged and i can't instal them
