[VC:MP] Police car and /c repair

Well when I chase bad guys,some of them are abusing /c repair command and I can't catch them.
Some of you will say : Team work man,use team work.Well when I play most of the times I am the only cop and what team play?

Can admin adjust /c repair command?

I have a suggestion : Peoples who appears in /c wanted list can't repair theyr cars and if a no wanted guy want to repair the car when a wanted guy is in , he will be automatical /c sus <name> Helping an infractor.

Well someone will say : Helping?But if the infractor don't want to exis the car?Well you can stop the car and the police will do the rest or get out from the car.

Police Car have some problems,in GTA VC Singleplayer is more stabile,when I chase a guy and hit him whit my car,I always hit a tree or a wall then and that guy is not even moving off the road or lose a little control.In Vice City Singleplayer the police car is one of the fastest cars in the game,but here,even an cheetah is more faster than the police car and is not alittle,is like an infernus.

Well my question is : Can someone fix the police car and /c repair abuse command?

No, you don't, and because they're not equal. SA:MP has a much greater population, especially when it comes to SAPD vs VCPD, hence clearly there will be more things related to SAPD than VCPD. Do not act blind, because it is the truth. He has complete and utter right to post here, and I am not telling him to add something such as a silly tag to his topic title.. just a simple "On VC:MP ........." at the beginning of his statement to avoid people spamming the topic with what it is already spammed with.

If people are too slow to read the "On VC:MP" or "On MTA:VC:" or other references then they can be handled by forum warnings for unnecessary spam. I apologize for the off-topic, any further will be punished with that..
