Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: 1. to teach cadets, what they can do or not, 2. i dont wanna be a abusing cop, i will be a model for some cadets and i wanna be better too  
Describe yourself in few sentences: I'm 15 years old and know how to RP, cause i played a half year world of warcraft and other RPG, i have my driving lisence, that means im driving pretty good with car, bike or heli. and for sure i am member of the solonik family

Actually Mafia members can be cops, as long as they are not roleplaying both at the same time...  If they do we have reason to kick them out... anyway...
I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

As someone who has not been on for that long you need more time to get an idea how ARPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into ARPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
