Police HQ Mod

My own Texture Modification. It changes the some of the old Textures such as flaky wallpaper and stained carpets with cleaner, higher quality textures.
Most of the Interiors are now the same, blue Carpets, white Walls, black Trim. Files Replace the LSPD, SFPD and LVPD Interiors. It does not change any Exteriors.
