Are SAPD members allowed to use pepper spray to force suspects /gu? when suspect doesn't shows weapons and just walking..

From what I know, yes. I do it when I try to get someone to surrender.

As i know,if the suspect is unarmed cops can use pepper spray and Nightstick.

pepper sprey or nite stick untill they surrender or /gu is allowed. Your not allowed to use guns on a standing still, unarmed suspect is all.

And lastly remember that as SAPD you are to exhaust every possible RP option (as long as the criminal is showing minimal RP) possible before simply standing there spraying them telling to /gu. Roleplay using /me, because remember if they say they give up or put their hands up they are bound to comply... question answered, topic locked.
