Ok, now speaking in a serious manner, you can't apply directly for special sub-divisions of the VCPD such as VCID or SWAT, you must be a VCPD member, and if the commander of these divisions finds suitable to invite you, then you are in.

If you want to keep this application for VCPD just reply here...

Erm?

I told you to apply to ARPD, yes so that you can officially become involved with the police unit in the server.

As hopefully you have found out by now, you cannot directly apply to VCID/SWAT, but once you are part of the force you may be invited to join them if you prove to be a good addition.
