Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: I want to help the other police officer to keep the city clean and to make a good rpg .
Describe yourself in few sentences: I am a boy i often play GTA and i want to help that this server is a good rpg server with not much criminals. Because they make me angry

I would say that this guy deserves to be a cadet. He knows his stuff. He knows how to roleplay and how to stop someone for speeding.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into ARPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

Cadet was trained by Officer Robert Longstreet.
All codes questions were answered correctly. Im sure he was using paper, but im sure that this is good way to learn everything.
He should learn laws and situations, but as I know he was writing everything (all my advices and all laws) so he will learn them fast. Im sure of it.
Situations arent so bad. He should learn laws to get some more practise skills.
He isnt really good roleplayer, but his imaginations is good, so he will learn.
Cadet didnt know location of Fort Carson, and that was his biggest mistake in Map Knowledge training. Everything else - correct.
His fighting skills could be much better. He should train them more. At the moment fighting bad, shooting and aiming slow.
His comunication has been checked in regular patrol.
About driving: cadet is overspeeding and driving reckless (crashing into traffic lights / others).
