Nickname: Andy_Wiseman
Age: 36
Favourite weapon: Shotgun.
How long have you played on Argonath RPG: On the MTA:VC server, only a small amount. I used to play on the SA:MP server quite awhile ago.
Are you inside ARPD on any other Argonath server? If so, what is your rank? No.
How long have you played as a cop: Ever since I've joined.
Have you read the police officer guide: Yes.
Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no mic needed): No.
Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I would like to join the Vice City Police Department to help preserve the civilians rights to roam about abiding the laws given. I'd also like to serve the public to any extent possible to help defend them against criminals.

Congratulations. You have been accepted into the Vice City Police Department. You are now a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner that shows respect to the public and other emergency services. You will be trained vigorously in law enforcement work to ensure that you are fit for the job as a Police Officer in Vice City. Please conduct yourself in a professional manner, as you will be observed in the field and during training.

Please take this time to study the materials provided to you, and be sure that you have all of the codes and laws memorized before scheduling a training appointment with an approved staff member. Your training is very important to us, so work hard and pass your exams and you will be promoted.

Signed,

Chief J. Schappell
Vice City Police Department

I plan on giving you proper training to pass through the cadet stage. Obviously, I know you have already memorized everything, so it should be quite easy for you.
