I just need to know, does this mean that the police skin in locked to all others than people who have been accepted as a cop:question: :question: :question:

In future the cop skins will be limited to normal cops. ARPD members will be able to choose between more cop skins. non-ARPD will most likely have only 1-2 skins to select.

This change is planned to be taken in use with SA:MP 0.2.

Such changes cannot be done for MTA:VC, as it is much more limited than SA:MP.
