The reasons why I did leave the SAPD in the past.
« on: March 26, 2011, 18:00:18 pm »
Due to current rumours rounding in the SAPD, I want to make straight why I left SAPD in the past.
I heard some of the Officers think and spread that as soon as I reach my goal - I leave the force.

I want to make it straight - that is not true.
I joined SAPD in May 2008. In August 2009 I started to go downhill, also as Captain in SAPD. Lost my admin level due to abusing ban on one player while I was drunk, I left Argonath Veterans as its Main Leader and started to have a conflict with [AV]Vince Captain back then. We were arguing in almost every topic. Yeah, sometimes I was provoking, but Vince also wasn't an angel  :v: Anyway, CBFasi didn't like our conflict and gave me choice. Either I can work with Vince or leave the Command Staff. I said, that its almost impossible to work with Vince - then I got demoted to Sergeant. Without admin level, without AV and being kicked out of the SAPD Command Staff after leading SAPD alone for almost 10 months I felt like I got nothing left here. I requested ban and left Argonath. I was never active since then.

I returned in 2010. Vince and I were more stable. We became friends again. Vince made me straight after Officer - LSPD Lieutenant.
LVPD didn't exist back in that time. Anyway, Hank_Rafferty and I used to be the best friends in Argonath. We understood each other and we both knew the mission and targets of SAPD. We were the only one defending the idea of unity in SAPD. We never wanted to agree with indeas of creating departments. Anyway, Hank after he also returned, asked me to help him with creating and leading the LVPD. After I got permission from Vince, I transferred to LVPD, as its first Lieutenant. After that Leroy_Hudson became a Lieutenant as well. I remember the first problem between us. I had my own ways to sort out problems with my members (as experienced leader of the biggest Argonath Clan (AV) and SAPD Captain, I already knew how to sort the problems out). While I was doing some things, Leroy came to me and started to discredit my actions. I got angry, I thought: "I am here longer than you, I got experience in leading, so I know what I'm doing". Then the downhill started again. I felt powerful and better than Leroy. Then, after multiple conflicts inside LVPD Command Staff, caused mostly by me - thats true - Hank gave me the ultimate.
Either I can work with Leroy or I'm out of the Command Staff. Some of you may think "oh again the same scenario". Yeah, exactly the same. I didn't learn my lesson and said I cant work with him. Then Hank wanted to demote me to Sergeant, but I left. I left as the LVPD Lieutenant. I wasn't really active in 2010, so I didn't care that much.

I came back now. I repeat - I was not as active as I'm now, since 2009. We had a talk with Leroy, and I sincerely apologized.
Now I am different person. I really do. I am studying law, I got a fiancee and I am planning the wedding. I am definately more stable and mature.
I grew up.

Please guys, do not rate me about the past. I think I got some experience in SAPD, and I deserve at least the lowest level of respect.
I know I made a shit in the past, and I don't lie or try to hide it. I've done it, and already faced a punishments. Hard ones.

If you do not know the real issues, do not spread lies about me. That's not fair. Why won't you come and ask how did the past look like? Why can't you come and ask why did I leave? Come on, don't I deserve it?

I am having a fresh start. Returned as Director to CMB, after 2 years I am back to my origin clan - starting to rebuild the Argonath Veterans Clan with Janek - currently named =VA= Veterans of Argonath. I am also discussing with Gandalf about the chance to return to admin team. Do not rate the past. Rate the present. And the future.

Same as Joseph, you have my total respect man. I still remember the day two-three years ago when you tested me for my Officer promotion in SAPD. Those were the good, old days. Nothing but hard-working, intelligent, hardcore cops. There was no BS back then, nor was there any abuse. I honestly miss those days, and I miss seeing you as a SAPD Captain. In my eyes, you were one of SAPD's best. I know some things got the best of you, but I'll never forget the good times we had, including when you taught me everything I now know today in SAPD. Between you and Lionz, I have you both to thank for my extensive knowledge and skills in the ARPD. Because of that, I have never had a single report against me, and that is something I'm very, very proud of. I only have you two to thank for that. Thank you sir. You made me the best cop I can be. I will never forget that.

Off topic, but where can I find a topic or info to this VA? It sounds like the good old AV members such as Janek and the rest.

Vince: www.va-clan.com :)

Currently we are not recruiting, we are trying to bring the stability back, put the basic info on site and forum etc.
Then we will start with recruiting :)
