The Gold Star Program

What is a Gold Star

Its a Star thats Gold.. You receive one when you work hard and Be a good cop!

What is this Program for and Who Uses it?

This Program is used to give Gold Stars onto SAPD Applications if they work hard. They are like awards that SAPD gets like The Police Star.
The Gold Star Program is here to make a SAPD Applicant see that we see what he does and how good he works and makes him better because he sees we care about his work. Its like a Cookie to a Kid for doing good

Who can mostly use this?

Mostly SAPD Officer + to give to SAPD Applicants but Other Officers can give it to a Applicant but Its would be mostly used by SAPD.
I hope I see some of you Officers give some Applicants some GOLD! Stars

The Gold Star Shop

Here you can Trade in your Gold Stars for Awesome Prizes!
 • $350 - 1 Gold Star
 • Armour - 1 Gold Star
 • Regular Shotgun - 1 Gold Star
 • Meet Hank Rafferty - 2 Gold Stars

Have any Ideas for more Prizes here? Then Contact me Via PM or Ingame! Thanks!

Rules about Prize Shop!

You can only use Gold Stars that are given to you by a SAPD Cadet +

Any Gold Stars given by ARPD Officers are there to only Motivate you and can't be used for the Shop Prizes!

Format for the Gold Star

Code: [Select]
You Received a Gold Star!

Congratulations! You have received a GOLD STAR!

We love how you work, <Name here> as a ARPD Officer and we hope you become a SAPD Cadet!

This Gold Star is just one out of MANY you can get as working hard and doing your best

Never give up if your feeling down about that High Ranks dont look at your Application.

We do Look at your Application and we care how you do your work and help others

(You may contact myself In game or On forums if you want to trade in Gold Stars for Rewards)

Reason(s) for Receiving a Gold Star:

Thank you!

Final Words

I hope you guys do use this, It would make Applicants happy about there work done and Make them work harder.

To Applicants, This is here to make you work harder and make you happy! We will watch you and see if your ready for a GOLD STAR! Gold Stars are like Rewards, You got to earn them!

Thank you,
Senior Officer Badandy

|| TO SAPD || Do NOT Hand these out like Candy, Do NOT hand out them for every little thing. Hand them out if they are training many people everyday and doing great reports and etc. I will Cancel the Gold Star if I don't see the fit reason. (Unlikely)

Yea...if it was $300 armour I would go for the $350 and buy the armour instead, thus making another $50

Just a suggestion, but...
Could there be a list of people who are willing to give out prizes from the Gold Star System on this topic? With more people, the spread of costs would be better  :gandalf:

Also, how do you give someone armor as a prize? Can you give it them as a normal weapon?

Yes, there can be a list of officers who are willing to give out the prizes. I will talk with Badandy about it. And with the armour thing, I would give the person 500$ and tell them to go buy themsevels armour.

Actually, I don't think that they would tell you if they bought the armour or not... But it would be their choice  By the way, good point. I will look into that, maybe just giving them 500$ instead of 350$ or armour... I will look into it.

The Gold Star Program.
Name: Jerome Froyan
Why the applicant was awarded a Gold Star: Well, when I awarded the star he was just an applicant...he organised many trainings as the leader of DPD SRT, and helped a lot of in DPD improve our shooting/RP/driving skills. I do not think he was given enough praise for that, so the star is my way of showing appreciation for what he did.

Can anyone of the officer+ post this on some ARPD Officer / Cadets application?
"For a combat soldier, the difference between success and failure is your ability to adapt to your enemy. The people that I deal with, they don’t care about your rules. All they care about is results. My job is to stop them from accomplishing their objectives. I simply adapted. In answer to your question, am I above the law? No, sir."
