SAPD - Drive-by rules!

S.A.P.D.

Drive-by rules

By the decision of the SAPD Upper Command staff, the old drive-bying on faster vehicle rules officially return!

The rules are as followed;

Drive-by rules:
-When the suspect(s) is/are in a faster vehicle or shooting at the officer who is sitting in the car, or the suspect(s) is/are threating life and the officer has no time to exit from the vehicle. In that case you can use drive-by shooting. (In any other situation drive-bying is forbidden)

*-When the suspect is escaping with a plane/helicopter/boat.

(Drive-bying from driver seat is not allowed, the only exception is for the police bikes | as biker not allowed to shoot at players with driver drive-by.. you may only shoot at vehicles when receiving fire from their passangers.)

Unless your life or someone else's life is in danger due to the suspect, you must always warn before opening fire such as /m1, /m2, /m3, If they refuse to stop, you can drive-by if the points above meet.

Remember our goals remain to arrest rather than neutralize,

To Serve & Protect

Signed,
SAPD Chief(s)
SAPD Captain(s)

Quite a lot of cars are...

However everyone, be aware that each PD car has its own characteristics and speeds. For example, the LVPD Cruiser has a lower top speed, but accelerates more quickly than an LSPD Cruiser.
My point being, drive-by would be best used on vehicles much faster than yourself to avoid possible confrontation, as different PD cars go different speeds  :sheriff:
