Leaving SAPD to join FBI
« on: April 06, 2011, 22:22:25 pm »
Hello guys, as the title says..

Leaving the SAPD to join the FBI, if you only applied for the FBI Without getting accepted yet, are you needed to make a choise DIRECTLY between the SAPD and FBI? I've made this choise, cose Kenny forced me to do. But i see also some FBI Agents which are in SAPD Also.

Whats the correct Rule?

Didnt i already explain to you in your rejected application about this situation? was there a need to make a topic? Well here goes same answer i posted in your application.

The SAPD academy and its instructors will not waste their time to train you for you to just leave SAPD and join another organisation. Do you think instructors have nothing better to do than spend countless hours to train you for others benefit?

We already have dedicated and loyal members who would liek to continue a carrer with the SAPD not go after a rank to join another organisation.  Nevertheless i wish you luck in the FBI.

Signed,
SAPD Academy Manager.

You do not need to resign from SAPD till you get accepted as a Accepted Applicant in the FBI.

But i see also some FBI Agents which are in SAPD Also.

What? Who? It's not possible to be in both law enforcement branches at the same time...

Exactly why you don't apply at the same time. Yes, you don't need to make a final decision until accepted, but do NOT file applications in both agencies at the same time, as this is what causes confusion and conflicts. It takes a lot to review applications more than you think, and you shouldn't waste the time of either agency.

And who is this so called 'Agent' who is in FBI and SAPD at the same time. I want to know.

I saw someone on the FBI Forum, which had on under is name a SAPD Rank, and also an FBI rank. This can be an mistake maybe, but like the other people are telling: Why i need to leave the SAPD? Im not accepted yet in the FBI, so i dont see why.. ALSO the SAPD lessioners are NOT wasting ther time on me, cose who says i will leave the SAPD, im not accepted yet in the FBI so..

Also, i cant have 2 applies at the same time. Thats Right, but i was allready accepted into the SAPD, so i had 1 application for the FBI only.

Easy to find at FBI homepage
3. SAPD Members are only required to resign from SAPD if they have been accepted into the FBI as a Cadet.

And Jack, yes we waste our time. We train you because you want to be in SAPD, we don't train you because you gonna be in FBI and want knowledge. I spent hours on training you and actually it was for nothing, SAPD Academy is created for Cadets to learn them how SAPD working and SAPD instructors learning them how to act in different situations. We DON'T train you for get better knowledge on the field for your FBI Application.

Good luck in FBI.

I'm with Kenny this time, I don't gonna waste hours on trainings because a cadet gonna join FBI later. I gonna spend my hours on cadets who want to join SAPD and hopefully stay here awhile. I hope you understand Kennys and the academys decision on your application.

If you do not want to leave SAPD, then you have given the FBI a reason to deny you instantly. FBI is not a "apply and try your luck" organization, and not a catching ground for SAPD rejects.

Use our well thought method that allows you to remain as a SAPD member until you got invited to FBI to not risk you lose both jobs!  :pancher:

It's a very good offer we given you so you don't need to resign from SAPD!

Questions answered, it is best to apply to FBI First, or if you will apply to SAPD, wait to be Cadet or even better Officer, before applying to FBI, this will avoid conflicts with FBI or SAPD members who disagree to train someone who will not remain in their force.
Locked.
