Chief Hank Rafferty
« on: April 07, 2011, 11:24:36 am »
Chief Hank Rafferty been shot and killed, today around 11:00 am. The policeman got 2 critical bullet wounds on the chest.. came from an A-K 47. The unknown shooters has escaped from the scene, and left the bleeding officer in his vehicle. The comming EMS units attempted reanimation.. with no luck. Chief Hank Rafferty died in the line of duty, near to the Hampton Barns.

I have to leave the SAPD community because i wont be active anymore... and i have no time IRL to spend on developing the state department. My RP character died.. that means, you wont see me in game with the Hank Rafferty nickname. I am very proud what we reached together. The SAPD is the biggest, and most active since the whole ARPD opened.. even with the small problems. You can proudly say.. You are part of this historical department. The new generation command staff will continue what me, and others started. The SAPD wont ever fell apart. I wont be visiting the forums too much... so
Farewell my friends!

R.I.P Chief Hank Rafferty

I will always remember you as the Chief i looked up too, i remember when DPD was down at the bottom, you helped me when i was new to the command staff of DPD and SAPD, and helped me to get it up again. I have not known you for that much time, but you have done a great work for the SAPD, and we will always remember you as our Chief.

Good luck in the future! We will miss you!

We should RP a huge ceremony situation in-game, it's such a lost to the San Andreas Police Department community.

I've always know you as SAPD Chief, Hank, even though you probably don't know me, but yeah, it's sad to hear this but anyway, in real life comes first before game.

Good luck in real life, Hank.

The body of Chief Hank Rafferty has been taken in to Area 69, and rumours have that he is not braind dead.
Scientists are working by secret technology to attempt saving him.

When a chief resigns without being banned or directly being out of contact, he is expected to appoint a replacement.
As Vince has been replaced with Leroy, I expect you to recommend a replacement for your own position.

Technically speaking through the chain of command, I think all that leaves is for Leroy to automatically be bumped up to Chief, and another Captain to take his position as the ranks shift...

* Chief J. Schappell salutes Hank once more as he is called to duty for the last time before his badge number is officially retired.

Sorry to hear you leaving Hank. You have probably had the biggest positive impact on SAPD that I have seen in my career. I have a lot of respect for your sheer determination and activity in leading SAPD.

And as we all know, crazy shit happens in Area 69. So I am hoping  this is not the last we will see of Chief Hank Rafferty.

That means he might return as a... robocop?

Farewell Hank.

Even though i could not have the pleasure of working under you as i left DPD/SAPD before DPD went under a ''lockdown'' then under your and Swig's command, i wish you the best of luck in your real life stuff.
