Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): Because I liked being in the SAPD, before I got fired...I wasn't even told the reason..
Also, I would like to join because being in the SAPD gives you a greater benefit over criminals, you group up with allot of good officers with allot of experience.
And I don't want to be revered to as noob freecop anymore, or picked out because I'm 'not good enough', just because of my rank.
