Suiciding as Suspect

There's a Rule on Suiciding as a Suspect,

But, what about when Suspects provoke Police into killing them rather than Surrender?

I'm talking about when a Suspect's Car blows up and he continues to evade
on foot even though he's surrounded by Cops and has no place he can run to.

I know for a Fact there are Criminals in Argonath who have no intention of ever
surrendering under any conditions whether it be Surrounded by Cops, or Low on Health.

I'm thinking we should change the Rewards.
Like, Criminals losing $2000 for being Killed, and $500 for being Arrested.
also, Cops earning $1000 for killing a Criminal, and $200 for Arresting a Criminal.

We are not paid to kill suspects. Our job has always been to bring them in, suicide as suspect is the suspects choice. They choose to die, then you do all you can to prevent it. Spray em to all hell, beat them into the ground, killing them is ALWAYS the last resort.

We should definitely not to paid more to kill suspects..

The idea is that Suspects would Surrender more because:

One, Suspects would lose less.
Two, Cops would earn more.

It's not really for the Cops gain, but simply the Suspects preventing Cops from earning more. xD

This would be heavily abused because some officers are "Money Hungry" and new cops will think that more money is doing better work, They would think Arresting is worse then Killing because the money.

Yes. Then criminals will want to surrender and cops will want to arrest them!

This has so many flaws i cant even list all of them but i will try.

It will encourage killing suspects than jailing them
The main source of argonath's economy is cops( i will explain)
suspects usually surrender and lose 200$ but the cop gains 1500 so 1300 profit in a usual case(yes the 600$ are bugged and will be fixed soon)this 1300 usually cover the suspects who die and lose 1k and cops kill them by civilian car(thus 500 loss but thats rare) else cops use PD car and get 1k so pretty much Cops are the ones who inject cash into the server.
Now if suspects lose 2k and cops get 1k then theres a 1k loss and if they lose 500 cops get 200 there a 300$ loss so this will make the whole server poor with time...

I like this idea, this will cause moaning, though.

For Criminal

Suicide as suspect -$2000
Suspect being killed -$1000
Suspect being killed by other civil(not cop) -$500
Suspect being jailed -$200
Suspect using /q -$500 (it will not cost if suspect got crash)
========================
For Criminal After /gu

Suspect kill cop after /gu -$3000
Suspect kill Civil(including taxi,fireman,medic so on..) -$1500
Suspect Suicide after /gu -$1000
Being Killed by other civil -$1000
========================
For cop

Killed suspect +$300 (it Will including get Bonus +$500 if ride PD car or motor bike)
Killed /gu suspect -$2500
Jailed suspect +$1000
Killing cop -$1500
Killing civil -$900

Suiciding as suspect is a server punishable offence is it not?

Cops should earn the same they are now honestly, perhaps suspects should lose more if they die though really and perhaps lose a little less if they are sent to jail.

Also, we have a system to punish for the crime they've committed. We have a time we can jail them already mate, and not to mention Mordor if they've done something particularly messed up. What's the point of introducing a bunch of new numbers to the equation if you can keep it simpler, honestly.

The only thing we really have to fix is, making it so it means something when a criminal would rather die than surrender. I mean, some crims' in the server have money bursting out their pockets, so dying really isn't an issue for them.

but yet Suspects can still force Cops into killing them to avoid Jail.

Suspects don't care at all about Dying.
I'm trying to find ways to make Death more punishable than Jail.
I want Suspects to Surrender than be Killed.

Afterall, this IS a Roleplay server.
Killing Criminals for Money is just plain Cops and Robbers.

Somehow I don't think even THAT would make them stop hahaha...

In all honesty though, it is becoming a huge issue. Criminals make massive amounts of money to go on rampages just so they can kill anything that moves, and if they die, it's nothing of a loss to them. They even see a cop driving by near them to an unrelated incident and they open fire on their car. It's ridiculous, and it's mostly regular users that are being seen doing this. Last night alone I got cophunted 3 times. A few weeks back, and I won't name names, a very popular user in the server was a civilian on the sidewalk, I was driving by code 3, and I looked back just as he opened fire on my car for no reason to copbait. The cops and robbers issue is out of control again. I'm not saying cops are innocent either. Plenty of people have heard my complaints on that side of it too, but I'd rather not bring that up here as it will only start big fights.

It should be like this:

/gu-ed suspect:
0$ for getting killed by a valid reason(got killed by fist, deagle e.t.c)
-2000$ for using /kill, jumping e.t.c

Normal suspect:
-2000$ for getting killed
-300$ for getting jailed

Cop:
300$ for taking a suspect down
200$ for bonus(car one)
1500$ for jailing
-1500$ for killing a /gu-ed suspect
-2500/2000$ for killing a innocent civilian

This can be a little good.

Ah make it -10,000$ To get killed by police if you are a suspect.
