[CMT]Cadet-Mission-Team Opened!

Hello All Mates! I opened an Community and Team Only for Accepted Cadets,
In this Community they can get training,Play In a Team and they can Get Higher ranks (On my Forum)
I Think Its an Great Idea so For more Infos:
I will tell you the basic Stuff you need to know about this Academy/Forum:
This forum has been founded for Cadets who want to be trained to become ARPD Officers,
We are a small group yet
We do anything we can do to help you with your problems
If this Academy would become Official on Argonath Forums then we would have more help from the Government and from many Officers,Captains,Chiefs,etc...
To become Official we need your help:
You need to invite people to join our Academy so Argonath sees that we are ready to help them ( We would really like to help them! )
Our task now is to have at least 10 Members
Anyway it would be very helpful if you could invite as much people as possible

Idea good, everything good, but how much time officials and others will work for free? They will got boored, they will leave and etc. Payment would help in there. But when it's unofficial - there can't be payment. When Goverment will accept is as official accademy, we will can try to ask cash for a week for bookkeeper and then I think States will pay a salary for bookkeeper, who will choose a salary for the accademy workers and etc.

About accademy salary - it can't be high, when you seen that teachers are getting much cash irl ^^? Just a minimum, so that everyone can be more happier and feel that they are doing them duty as teachers, paramedics etc. I know that the process from cadet to officer and learning to that process can't cost very much. But payment should be for joining and learning in that accademy. Just your choose - to learn one day or all month. And everyone can choose - get a higher qualification in accademy for cash, or get a bit lower by training by officer. Its a bit lower because you are training only one. In accademy - you will train few cadets, with few officers, and that should make fun + bigger experience in the work.

Are you aware that current SAPD officers who do all the testing and training get nothing for it?

If you want to be paid for it or you will get bored for working for free then you are not forced to join , right ?

CMT is currently closed because Bueto was inactive and now he is an FBI Agent.
I was one of the founders so i will talk with him about reopening it...

But what would be the point of your academy?
Officers are not allowed to go 10-7 due to training anymore, its reserved for SAPD Official Trainers (Trainers of SAPD Police Academy).

back in the time it was a good idea,
i was active with bueto and wichi in the days it opened,
but due the dont go 10-7 rule the good idea turned a bit more down

but still it can help for all freecops/cadets who arent part of the Academy,
and on this way still can get training,
and it also helps to get experience for maybe future teachers of the Academy


but i dont see the point that Bueto joins it, since he is FBI he cant do anything with SAPD

I can support CMT training in the way of patrol.. so CMT trainers always patrol with cadets, showing them how to do proper Pull Over, suspect process etc...
