If he stole and save the stuff from forum he have acess to that.

Perhaps the JAVA script went to owners computer and he had acess to FTP account.

The hacker "seems" to have all user names, passwords, set emails, MAC and IP addresses and so on along with server files.
So, once you can get back on forums / ingame, change all your passwords.. for other services as well.
