Resignation Officer Rob Williams
« on: July 09, 2011, 00:52:25 am »
Hey people...

Soo lets start.. first of all im focused more to be off duty then in service, but anyways im still LVPD, As you can see situation there is going kinda weird. Sergeant Darnell Hunter Resigned cause of irl things soo its ok, but Sergeant Jay Hunter resigned like 1-2h ago, cause he cant handle it and stuff, in 30 minutes LVPD become new Sergeant Nexxt from other department.. after another 30 minutes Jay Hunter decided to stay soo hes resignation get "deleted" soo Yeah as you can see, its impossible to stay here... I hope the rest of the LVPD Staff will fix , make the departemnt Stable...

Special thanks to

Lt.Marcus Ferreira, what was helping me on every step, teached me alot of things...
ex Sergeant Arthur Carson and Ex Lt. Plam Knight, for being friendly and helpfull on every step... because of them i wanted to stay in SAPD...

as you may know I left once already but i came back... for a long time everything was fine, but yeah

Soo yeah,Lets say that i want to focus on the Criminal/citizen life

Thank you all and peace.

*Thumbs Up* .For many of you it might sound offensive but the real ex LVPD members know what is he talking about. And same as Rob i hope the circus someday will end and LVPD will go professional as it have been in past instead throwing around promotions to hold the members.

LVPD doesn't need people that resign because they are affraid of work, and then come back 30 minutes later because he wants to be the Hero of the Day. Screw this, we don't need this kind of people, with this spirit.
Soo, with a hand full of respect I'll salute you, and thank you for your hard work.

It is sad to see someone leaving due to his department not being stable. I hope Nicholas and Marcus hold LVPD Strong, because keeping Officers happy and interested are part of their job. At least you could've gave them another chance as they would if it were you Rob. Anyways good luck buddy I still appreciate alot of things you done as HPU Commander among serving in LVPD.

Another good Officer that will be missed! LVPD has lost most of the members in the last days, if you want to keep it stable you should stick with the department and try to make it stable but its your choice and i understand it. Good luck in your future Rob

We've been trying to adapt with department but whitout Hank Rafferty ,Plam Knight,Arthur Carson,Sam Smith , Justin Hawk, LVPD never will be same about stable not sure, from the day the best part of LVPD left the LVPD engine stop workd and it freeze, credits to Marcus for attempt fix it but it's damaged too much and now rather than stay with broken department better leave and have good memories about past what might return in future . If people get in senior afther 2 weeks begin SAPD Officer, the attidute of SAPD went from high to bad quality ,you can't do anything else than just face whats happening and the only problem about departments are they own superiours who is they self enemys as no one else only as them are making this isues with every department .

It must be embarrassing now, for the individuals running away when the going gets tough, simply because they give up before they try.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going. The dedicated will remain to fight for the force.

Good bye, and good luck.
