Howdy [G],

Back then in late 2009, I remeber whenever you first came on the server as a new player or freecop. At the time, I was a new SAPD Officer and I knew you would be the best first officer that I've ever trained. I still remember that day as yesterday, we went to the top of the building of city hall, I asked you a few questions about the general and basic laws. Which you seem very clueless at the time, but I knew you would be very dedicated, hard working, and loyal to other members. I know that you been on here and there that I would see you, but I think two years as Senior Officer shows that you are very dedicated and VERY patient onto your next rank that you never recieved. Though people of LSPD barely see you, I still think you could be a great Sgt., once you got the chance and training on how to do it. I mean..thats the most problem with some officers, they are too afraid to reach to that next rank that they would rather have some training to do it first. I know that you didn't want to go Sgt, but I just figured you could have atleast tried before resignation. Its sad to see you lay your badge down on your desk, leaving unsolved cases, leaving your most important SAPD personell. I think SAPD failed by not giving you a better oppurtunity on trying to train you to become Sgt. It does sound intiminating and SAPD needs to know that and train mostly Senior Officers for it. Some people it becomes natural talent, and others its like SHIT I don't want to be a Sgt. I think you are a great example of how SAPD should become better in teaching officers on how to become better rolemoddels. So Senior Officer [G] or Retired Senior Officer [G], I hope you have great luck on what your next plans on what you want to do.

P.s. This is the long post that I told you about whenever you was going to resign.

Signed,
Senior Officer TinMan
