the problem isnt speed, it is the accelration that is the pain in the ass.In the beginning of the video you can see that PD cruiser is behind in the start and many cruisers take advantage of the accelration and take lots of turns and even without that imagine two cars at mulholland intersection ramp highway start, one is sultan with NOs and another is cruiser.sultan will have a great headstart and can go ahead while PD cruiser will lag behind and the sultan can just jump off ramps and such.

I do not mind a rule being made where sultans can only be drivebyed upon if they are abusing their acceleration..

Thats the problem Philip,no one pays attention on drive by rules point 1.2 wich are made by 2 ex chief and Argo owner,everyone got only his view point wich they are following and sadly it doesn't goes well.

Test it with an LVPD cruiser please! Don't nkow about MP, but in SP it is slightly slower than the other PD cars, but has higher acceleration I believe

Benjamin nice point but it's Oposite,SFPD/LSPD Cars are better at accelration and LVPD is faster ,thats why it was made with SFPD car as it was slower

Grab LVPD car, and you will see.. that you can overtake me without big problems... LVPD,SFPD,LSPD cars got the same speed

Most criminals in pursuits put in on to start with, much better acceleration, also, the Sultan has much faster acceleration anyway, so add the Nitro, you have a perfect car to escape in, when around towns.

Its not going about fuc*** acceleration... the PD Car is faster then sultan... + if you know how to drive, you can catch up (yday one ARPD officer, catched up with us !!! )

Why all SAPD singing same story? This topic is clearly made to prove Sultan aint "FASTER,FASTER,FASTER" this is not accelration test as sultan is one of best in that. We make clear for SAPD not drive by Sultans as it's states in drive by rules wich says "Don't drive by slower vehicles" ,sudenly there is nothing about your accelration so just drop that one .

And small point,Nitros were used in maximal speed as sultan got acused that nitros increase the sultan speed,wich doesn't as it have been material proven.

Accelerate better then PD Car? : YES
Is faster then PD Car ? : NO = Rules are rules you can't change then with ur judgement

If the acceleration is to big for you, take HPU car thats all...

Julio there is alot of cars wich out-accelerates the PD car ,example the gokart it reaches it speed faster than pd car does nor it turns more specific,same goes to sandking and couple more,so you just can't go and blame that car might get drive able cause it's accelration are better as owner of server clearly stated only "faster" vehicles can be drive byed ^-^.

As I told in video speed is same so i guess i was wrong. LVPD car have same speed limit as other PD cars but best advice if you're in chase and you have to chose between SFPD/LSPD or LVPD car I advice take SFPD/LSPD car as they have similiar speed but much better accelration,but if you want be badass you can go for LVPD one  .
