ARPD Patrol Report

Patrol Report

Date: 03/08/11

Suspects killed: 3, 1 for constant evading and 2 for shooting back
Suspects arrested: 1, 180, murder.

Civilians stopped: 4, all of them in high speed
Civilians ticketed: 2 got warnings, 1 ticketed $90 for dangerous driving.

Patrol partners: No patrol partners.
Patrol time: 2 hours

Incidents:

Conclusion:
I started patrol in LSPD, then i went to respond a C3 chase in mulholland, but the
suspect entered a house and he wasn't alone, he had some of his friends.
Then they started to shoot, i almost died, and while backup was arriving, i was after
a suspect which was wanted for murder, the chase didn't last long, he was taken
down in flint.
Then i returned to Rodeo scene.
The assault was sucessful, but i was incapacitated.
After that, i went to Vinewood studios, after a suspect, she was with a friend,
and was wearing body armor.
i called backup, when entering the house she gave no sight for agressiveness,
and surrended quite quickly.
then i got her to DPD and jailed her for 180 seconds.
So, A Lieutenant called backup in las colinas, i respondend, after some time,
suspects car were destroyed. But they quitted.
And, a major C30 in verdant bluffs was in progress, i quickly went to there, and
neutralized one suspect, but the suspects move on, then i was going to idlewood
and i managed to crash one of the suspects cars, then i killed him because he shot back
and the other was killed by an applicant.
So, i decided to set a speed trap nearby idlewood, and i have stopped 3 vehicles, one of them i have ticketed, and the rest got warning, but, there's one vehicle that was special, there was a "hostage" in the backseat.
I chased him until he stopped nearby mulholland, i immediately put him in my car and drove him somewhere away from there,
The driver was acting strangely, but i let him go, because i had to respond to a C30 in idlewood, which was quickly handled.

Suspects neutralized:0
Suspects arrested:
1, for bomb threat, during the operation, got jailed for 180 months (seconds).
Pull overs: 0
Conclusion:
Today wasn't really a patrol, but an operation.
Shortly after i patrolled in LS, i got an anonymous call in idlewood, accusing a bomb threat, the suspect said he had a bomb planted in a car nearby LSPD which was actually ready to detonate as long he called the number which would blow the car.
His first demands were $6000 and no roadblocks would be set, i asked him where should i deliver the cash, but he didn't answer me and hang up.
I standed by and asked backup in radio, only a FBI Special agent Jack Martin came, then shortly after, the suspect called me, and said that he didn't need cash anymore, and he's doing this by vengeance, and them he asked us to set a roadblock. I had to keep him talking with me, so UC units would confirm the suspect id, not taking too long, we confirmed suspect ID, but we didn't made an immediate arrest, as i asked the UC units to take his phone.
Meanwhile UC units were working on the phone, me and Special Agent Jack Martin were working on a roadblock, along with ARFD, which helped us alot.
After some time, his phone was taken and he was suspected, taken to jail for 180 months.
Me and Special Agent Jack Martin took the bomb off the car, defused it, and placed it i on a special bag, at the moment, FBI has the bomb.

Day:
Patrol time: 1 hour and half
Situations:
- Code 30
- High speed pursuit
- Traffic stops
- Dangerous traffic stops
Suspects neutralized:
2, 1 for constant evading, 1 for shooting back
Suspects arrested:
4, 180 seconds for stealing cars and shooting cops, 150 for shooting cops, 2x 100 for evading
Pull overs:
3, 1 warning, 1 suspection for evading, 1 incompleted
Conclusion:
From LSPD to Idlewood, that's how my patrol started after a backup call from
an officer in danger which was quickly resolved.
When i was returning to LSPD, i pulled over a guy in a black bike which was severly
damaged, after giving him a warning i decided to give him a lift to idlewood,
when he stepped out of the car he confessed that he stole that bike, so i suspected
him and he refused to comply and started to run. After some time, he shot back with combat
and surrended quickly after.

Just after i jailed this one, i saw a woman shooting a cop in a towtruck, so i suspected her
and then chased her until her car blow, nearby las colinas, so, she got barricaded
and she had a combat shotgun. I called backup but noone responded, so i went there in my own
and sprayed her, when i ran out of spray i used night stick until she surrended.
so i went to Pay 'n' Spray to repair my car, and i pulled over a pink infernus which
was speeding, i gave him a warning, after this i pulled over a black NRG in LS sewers,
but they evaded and i had to suspect them, they both gave up and were jailed
by other officers.
In market, some Speeder in a NRG evaded, but he was taken down at el corona.

So i decided to pull over a NRG which was speeding, but the pullover went wrong, as
some other guy came in and killed the guy. I tried to neutralize him but he ran.

Then i was called to a C30 in el corona, 2 very armed suspects, i neutralized one
and the other escaped with a help of a girl.

Slight changes on my patrol report
Sorry if i'm not really finding time, studies are really consuming me up, but i'll find some time =D

Patrol report

Day: 23rd to 26th.
Patrol time: extimated four to six hours on total.
Situations:
- Code 30
- 207
- traffic stops
- high speed pursuit
Suspects neutralized:
nine,
three for constant evading, four for shooting back, two in accident (car crashes/collision damage)
Suspects arrested:
one, fifty seconds for constant evading
Pull overs:
two, for speeding, but both evaded in the middle of traffic stop.
Conclusion:
I am getting a bit worried, because suspects are evading more often and are surrending less, looks like they don't want any deal or so, 80% of my traffic stops have been unsucessful, even though i've been putting some measures to make suspects surrender often and cooperate with police, it doesnt seems so work, so i'm pretty surprised.
Apart from that, it was usual copwork, except for some surprising kidnap, whereas i didn't really took part, but watch it, By the way, the kidnap was sucessful.
