Why do you want to join the LCPD? Because I like helping people out and arresting people, ahaha. Joking aside I would like to make this server a better place for me and you. I allways follow rules and regulations. I have much experience on other servers.

6. You need to be playing for minimum 7 days before applying. (I don't think you did because you just asked how to use radio).
7. You need to have passport and at least be in the process of obtaining a license to get accepted.

"Just joined" is not an answer. You should have read this topic. You can re-apply after you get passport (driving license is needed too) and of course when you feel confident to do it. Take your needed time, do not rush!
