I'm quite good with RP, if im not a officer then i say i hate cops etc. but if i hate cops i wouldnt be applieing huh 
If im a ARPD memeber i wanna be FBI member later, i will try to do the best when im a officer.

He/She just before that rammed my car, driving with speed - 180km/h.
I told that i will send this photos to [email protected], then that was the conversation. (as u see at photos).

I was in officers skin then..
For me he/she dont respect anyone, thats why he/she should be rejected.

yeah he allways rams me one time I was a cop driving a tuned savana (low-ride) and he and his friend wer running in a truck and he blowed up my savana but I wasn't alone my partner pull them over and blew up there truck and we killed em
he rammed me like 1000 times!
I seen him as a cop only 3 times and he abused 2 times.
I think he's not ready to be a ARPD member

I wanna join ARPD because i think i will like it, i try to make the ramming more less, but i dont ram so much.

What you mean you try to make ramming more less don't ram at all I don't think you should join you flame everyone  you like to dm and get suspected by hitting people I think you will degrade ARPD if you join thats all I have to say...

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how ARPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into ARPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

Well, I had a look at the first screenies and I clearly do not think that this is a good example of behaviour to join ARPD. Most cases like this may lead to an abusive cop since kitt does not take this server in moderation neither he respect some players and for an example Flameman. More play-time on this server is needed..this is just my opinions, not a fact.

its not the case of criminality... he dont respect anyone... Carhartt, husky and ghost are much respectfull players...
for me he isnt ready to be cadet, because he will make ARPD going down... and who will pay then? all ARPD members with Chiefs in front...
